Number transfer
Bring the number your clients already use, as your texting or fax number, for a one-time $25. You keep working on your current number until the transfer lands, usually in 1 to 4 weeks. Leaving? Take your number with you for a one-time $20.
Extra people
Every plan includes three people. Add more for $18 a month each ($180 a year on annual billing). Each person gets their own login and two-factor sign-in.

Add-on questions
How do I add or remove an add-on?
A workspace admin turns it on or off in Settings: AI connector under Connections, texting under Texting, fax under Fax. It's added to your next invoice, prorated for the rest of the period. Remove it and you're credited for the unused part.
How is usage beyond what's included billed?
Texts over 500 a month and fax pages over 300 a month are added to your next renewal invoice, itemized. On annual billing the allowance covers the whole year (6,000 texts or 3,600 fax pages). Settings shows how much you've used in the last 30 days.
What counts as one text?
A text up to 160 characters is one. Longer texts are split by the phone network and count as two or more, and emoji shorten the limit. Replies people send you are always free.
Why does texting have a registration fee and fax doesn't?
US phone carriers require every business that texts customers to be registered and approved first. The one-time $49 is what that costs; we pass it through and handle the paperwork, including a resubmission if the carriers ask for changes. Fax has no such requirement, so your fax number works the same day.
What happens to my number if I turn texting or fax off?
We keep it for 30 days. Turn it back on in that time and nothing changes. A week before the 30 days are up we'll remind you, and you can transfer the number to another provider instead.
Can I add them during my free trial?
Yes. Add any of them from Settings while you're on your 30-day trial, and you won't pay for them until the trial ends. Texting needs carrier approval before your first text, which usually takes a few business days, so it's worth registering early.
