AI connector

Tell your AI assistant what you need. Review it. Switch it on.

Connect the AI assistant you already use, whether that's ChatGPT, Claude or another tool that supports MCP connectors, to your SignalWealth CRM and ask for what you'd normally build by hand: a lead form, a follow-up sequence, an email template, a newsletter draft. It builds it in your CRM, using your own data, and saves it switched off for you to check.

Look-up access comes with every plan. Building is a $29/month add-on, included with Signature.

Make an ebook sign-up form for our retirement income guide with a texting checkbox, and an automation that sends the guide, then follows up on day 3 and day 7.

How it works

Connected in a minute. In charge the whole time.

Connect

In your AI assistant, add your CRM's connector address from Settings → Connections as a custom connector. You sign in with your normal CRM login, including two-factor, and choose exactly what it may do.

Ask

Describe what you want in plain English. The assistant reads your forms, tags, stages and templates so what it builds fits how your firm already works.

Review and switch on

Everything arrives switched off. Open it in the CRM, change anything you like, and turn it on when you're happy. You can disconnect it any time.

What to ask

The setup work you keep putting off.

A few things advisors ask for. Each one becomes a draft in your CRM.

Build a webinar sign-up form and send a reminder the day before and an hour before.
Who did I meet with last week, and which of them don't have a next step?
Write three email templates for annual review season, in a warm, plain tone.
Draft a newsletter about RMD deadlines for clients tagged "retired".
Set up a no-show follow-up that offers to rebook and creates a call task.
Find everyone in the prospect stage with no activity in 60 days.

Built for a regulated business

Helpful, with guardrails.

An assistant that can build things shouldn't be able to do things you haven't approved. So it can't.

Saved switched off

Forms and automations arrive off. Newsletters arrive as drafts. A live form can't be edited from the assistant at all.

It can't send or delete

There's no way for the assistant to send an email or text, schedule a newsletter, turn anything on, or delete anything. Those stay with you.

Every action logged

Every action the assistant takes is recorded in your audit log: which connection, what it did and when, next to everything your team does by hand.

It sees what you see

The assistant works as the person who connected it. An advisor's connection only reaches that advisor's own contacts, the same as their CRM login.

You choose the access

Pick what each connection may do when you connect. Admins see every connection in Settings → Connections and can cut one off instantly.

Your firm only

Each connection is tied to one firm's CRM address and can never reach another firm's data.

Questions

Which AI assistants work with it?

Any AI assistant that supports custom connectors through the open MCP standard (Model Context Protocol). That includes ChatGPT and Claude, and a growing list of other AI tools. If yours lets you add a custom connector or MCP server by address, it works. You use your own assistant account; SignalWealth doesn't charge for it or see your other conversations.

Can it send emails or texts to my clients?

No. It can write a draft and build a sequence, but sending, scheduling and switching anything on are always done by a person in the CRM.

Does the assistant see my client data?

When you ask it something, it reads the records it needs to answer, the same ones you can see. Connect it only to an assistant account you're comfortable using for client work, and check it fits your firm's policies. You can disconnect at any time.

Can my advisors connect their own assistant?

Yes. Each person connects with their own login, so the assistant only sees what that person can see. Building forms and automations is limited to admins.

Is anything it builds compliance-approved?

No. It saves drafts so you can review them like anything else you send. SignalWealth supports your review; it doesn't replace it.

How do I connect?

In your CRM, go to Settings → Connections and copy your connector address. In your AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP-ready tool), add it as a custom connector and sign in. For developer tools that don't have a sign-in step, you can create a personal token instead.

Stop building forms by hand.
