SignalWealth connects to third-party platforms — including Zoom, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google (YouTube) — on behalf of financial advisor accounts. This page explains what data we store from those connections and how you can request its deletion.
What We Store
When you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account to SignalWealth, we may store:
- OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens used to publish content on your behalf
- Your connected account identifiers (e.g., Facebook Page ID, Instagram Business Account ID)
- Metadata about published content (post IDs, timestamps, publish receipts)
- Basic profile information returned during the OAuth authorization flow
- Leads submitted through your Page's lead forms (the answers the person gave, and the form, ad and campaign names), saved as contacts in your firm's CRM
When an advisor connects Zoom, we store the Zoom OAuth tokens (encrypted), the Zoom user ID and email, the join links of meetings SignalWealth created, and, only with Automatic meeting notes turned on, the transcript, an audio-only copy and the AI notes of recorded meetings the advisor scheduled with a client in SignalWealth.
We do not store your Meta password. We do not read your followers, messages or comments. We do not sell your data to third parties.
How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data from SignalWealth, contact us at:
Email: support@signalwealth.io
Subject line: Data Deletion Request
Please include the email address associated with your SignalWealth account and specify whether you are requesting deletion of Zoom data (including meeting notes and recordings), Meta/Instagram data, Google/YouTube data, or all platform data. We will respond within 30 days and confirm when deletion is complete.
What Gets Deleted
Upon a verified deletion request, SignalWealth will:
- Revoke and delete all stored OAuth tokens for your connected Zoom and Meta accounts
- Delete the Zoom meeting notes, transcripts and recordings you ask us to delete (an advisor can also delete them from the client's record at any time)
- Delete the lead records received from your Page's lead forms, together with the contacts they created, if you ask us to (a firm can also delete those contacts itself in the CRM)
- Delete account linkage records and platform-stored metadata tied to your SignalWealth account
- Remove any stored content receipts or publish logs associated with your account
- Disconnect your account from all active publishing workflows
Some records may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for security purposes. We will inform you if any data cannot be deleted and explain the reason.
Revoke Access Directly
You can revoke SignalWealth's access to your Meta accounts at any time without contacting us:
- Facebook: Go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites, find SignalWealth, and remove access.
- Instagram: Go to Settings → Account → Apps and Websites, find SignalWealth, and tap Remove.
- Google/YouTube: Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions, find SignalWealth, and revoke access.
- Zoom: In SignalWealth, go to Settings → Integrations → Zoom and click Disconnect; or in Zoom, go to App Marketplace → Manage → Added Apps and remove SignalWealth CRM. Either one deletes the stored Zoom tokens and stops meeting creation and automatic meeting notes.
Revoking access prevents SignalWealth from taking any further action on your connected accounts. To also delete stored data, follow the request process above.
